All Aagon partners and the more than 28.000 users of the ACMP solution in Germany, Austria and Switzerland did not have to forego the regular exchange of experts or their training opportunities despite the pandemic. Although Aagon was forced to cancel three planned trade fair participations (Twenty2x, it-sa and secIT) and an additional four on-site events this year due to the corona pandemic, the teams from marketing, sales and training succeeded together in To set up virtual alternatives in the shortest possible time: Twenty webinars, seven ACMP Competence Days and four online user meetings have already taken place, further dates are set by the end of the year and can be booked.
Online Competence Days
During the seven Online Competence Days so far this year, interested parties were able to experience live from external customer representatives what the use of ACMP in the company looks like and how uncomplicated the cooperation - including software implementation - with Aagon is. At the online user meetings, Aagon also offered individual themed rooms after the main event. The agenda there included: the Aagon Enterprise Service Bus (AESB), the Complete Aagon Windows Update Management (CAWUM) or the feature requests of the users. Afterwards, each participant always received the respective event in the form of a video recording including detailed questions and answers.
