Well positioned for NIS2
Many companies will face new challenges in terms of cybersecurity from 2024. The Network and Information Security Directive 2, or NIS2 for short, is an EU directive to strengthen cybersecurity, which must be implemented into national law by the EU member states by October 2024 at the latest. The legislator is intended to oblige companies to take specific measures to ensure a uniform minimum level of resilience to cyber threats.
