Security firewall with multi-gigabit performance

Share post

Many companies are investing in upgrading their devices and networks to take advantage of multi-gigabit speeds. However, they also need firewalls that deliver the same level of performance to fully protect their networks from cyber threats. Zyxel Networks introduces new firewall models with the USG FLEX H series.

With the USG FLEX H series, companies can choose between six firewalls with VPN and UTM functionalities. The new series also offers multi-gigabit speeds from 1 or 2,5G up to 10G to meet your growing network requirements. Select models feature Power over Ethernet (PoE) options with a power budget of up to 30W. With software-defined Ethernet ports previously only available in enterprise-class solutions, organizations can now flexibly use the ports for Configure LAN or WAN usage, providing versatile network setup options.

AI-powered security and easy management

To protect against increasingly complex cyber threats, the USG FLEX H-Series leverages AI-powered cloud intelligence to provide multi-layered protection. These include sandboxing, anti-malware, DNS/IP/URL filtering, intrusion prevention system (IPS) and application patrol. Additionally, the firewalls support widely used VPN protocols such as IKEv2/EAP and SSL VPN across multiple operating systems. All are covered by a single license key for the Zyxel Networks SecuExtender VPN Client.

Since the USG FLEX H series can be managed both in standalone mode and via the Nebula cloud management solution, the effort for network administrators is significantly reduced. With the Nebula app, new devices can be quickly and easily integrated into the network - for management purposes, you can switch seamlessly between the device's user interface and the Nebula Control Center. This ensures secure connections and central management of wired and wireless devices and security functions via a single pane of glass.

Corporate operating system

The USG FLEX H series is equipped with a new operating system. The company's proprietary uOS improves the user experience and offers a simple, modern and intuitive interface. When processing complex configurations, the system's response is also accelerated. The graphical dashboard provides a clear and comprehensive overview of the entire network security landscape, helping network administrators make quick and informed decisions to respond to threats early.

The USG FLEX H series includes six models that meet the diverse needs of businesses. If you purchase a firewall in a bundle, you also receive a one-year Gold Security Pack license, which includes, among other things, sandboxing, reputation filters, Nebula Pro Pack and SecuReporter.
