Customers and partners of Hornetsecurity, a leading provider of email security and backup, can now automatically back up their Microsoft 365 data not only in Germany but also in the USA and Great Britain when using 365 Total Backup and 365 Total Protection Enterprise Backup .

With 365 Total Backup, Managed Service Providers (MSP) and Value-Added Resellers (VAR) have the opportunity to offer backup and recovery service for Microsoft 365 mailboxes, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint. Backups can be easily created and managed via a multi-tenant, cloud-based console. 365 Total Protection Enterprise Backup combines this functionality with state-of-the-art email security that protects against spam, viruses, phishing and ransomware, as well as Advanced Threat Protection (ATP), signatures and disclaimers, email continuity and legally compliant email archiving offers.

Secure Microsoft 365 backups with unlimited storage

Microsoft 365 data is automatically stored in redundant Hornetsecurity data centers. Partners can choose per customer whether they want to store backup data in the US, UK or Germany. Other regions will soon be available for partners to choose from.

Customers' Microsoft 365 data is automatically backed up to one of Hornetsecurity's cloud backup locations, so partners don't have to worry about setting up their own servers and infrastructure. In addition, customers benefit from unlimited storage space included in the affordable price per user.

Data sovereignty control

Because Microsoft 365 data is stored in Hornetsecurity's proprietary secure data centers, customers are no longer solely dependent on Microsoft for that data. The ability to choose from a range of regions where to store backup data provides the flexibility to meet data sovereignty requirements.
