These engines are now complemented with Managed Detection and Response Services supported by a Bitdefender SOC with 24/7 service. The experts search for, identify and neutralize cyber threats in order to protect new and existing MSP partners and their customers. For European customers, the MDR data is in the AWS cloud in Germany, the data analysis takes place in the SOC in San Antonio, Texas.
The offer is particularly significant against the background of the continuing increase in sophisticated attacks, which has accelerated in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic. Given the current situation, many MSP customers have made a swift move to working from home. Many of the current attacks target MSPs directly, as they are potentially an efficient medium for compromising large numbers of managed companies and organizations simultaneously.
