As a cost-effective solution for small business networks, Zyxel Networks offers its new WiFi 6E router SCR 50AXE. The device was specially developed for the requirements of small businesses and home office use and offers protection against cyber threats while enabling a fast and stable WLAN connection.

The Zyxel Secure Cloud Managed Firewall with AXE5400 WiFi 6E (SCR-50AXE) is a state-of-the-art next-generation enterprise firewall (NGFW) that provides powerful protection for networks. With support for the new WiFi 6E standard, the router enables ultra-fast wireless connections with extended spectrum and low latency.

Lots of security features against cyber threats

The NGFW offers advanced security features such as Intrusion Detection and Prevention (IDP), Content Filtering, Antivirus and more to protect against Internet threats. Thanks to cloud management, administrators can easily and efficiently manage and monitor the device from anywhere. With a compact design and easy installation options, the SCR-50AXE is ideal for companies of all sizes that need a powerful and secure network solution.

For users who want to choose between additional security and management options, there is the SCR Pro Pack license. Among other things, users get real-time insight into threat data, web filtering (DNS) - both provided by Trellix - and 30-day insight into archived logs as well as AI-supported intelligent network management.

All threat management functions are presented in a security dashboard. This provides an overview of the threats and provides information on the functioning of the devices connected to the router.

Easily manage multiple network connections

In addition to comprehensive security measures, the SCR 50AXE also includes the modern tri-band AXE5400 WiFi 6E. This gives companies access to 2,4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies as well as the new 6 GHz band with 160 MHz or 80 MHz split channels. This means that several connections can be set up at the same time with the highest possible speed and low latency times.
