Seamless integration in Microsoft Teams

Digital Guardian's endpoint DLP solution is seamlessly integrated into teams and enables companies to:

  • The enhanced visibility and endpoint control of Teams messages and shared files for protection against insider threats and data leaks
  • The application of Microsoft Information Protection confidentiality markings to sensitive documents in teams to get the most out of existing security investments
  • Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and legal requirements, including GDPR and PCI-DSS

Digital Guardian DLP for Microsoft Teams enables data transparency in almost real time, analyzes all Teams messages and their attachments, compares them with established DLP guidelines and alerts security teams to violations. To provide a broader context for potential insider threats, Digital Guardian searches all messages and attachments for keywords. The solution identifies the highest risk incidents and automatically removes the messages or attachments that violate the company's data processing and security policies. Security analysts can also manually review policy violations and take remedial action if necessary.
