Whether an IP, domain or e-mail address is on a blacklist is usually only noticed when e-mails no longer arrive or a website can no longer be accessed. The new Server-Eye and Network Box sensor informs system houses and customers immediately if an IP or domain ends up on a blacklist.

"The e-mail could not be delivered." The reason: the IP is on a blacklist. More and more companies are struggling with their email addresses, IPs or domains being blacklisted. Valuable time elapses before this is noticed and a blacklist scan is triggered.

Server Eye Sensors warns

The Saarland-based company Server-Eye and the Cologne-based IT security expert Network Box are tackling this problem as part of their partnership. "With the release of the new Server-Eye Sensor, we are collaborating even more closely," says Dariush Ansari, Managing Director of Network Box Deutschland GmbH. "The aim is to save other system houses time and stress by having the sensor automatically notify them and show them which blacklist the release of the IP must be applied for."

The server eye sensor is used to check whether the stored IP addresses and domains are on one of the blacklists. If an entry is found on a blacklist, the system house or the customer immediately receives an automated notification so that they can request deletion or approval from the relevant blacklist.

Server Eye and Network Box

"Since the leap to powerful remote monitoring & management software in 2020, we have seen increased growth. As a provider of RMM software "made and hosted in Germany", we can confirm that IT security from a German manufacturer is viewed as particularly trustworthy and is an important competitive advantage," says Stefan Klüner, Head of Sales at Server-Eye. "With the automated blacklist scan, we are giving companies another feature that significantly improves the workflow."

Server-Eye and Network Box have been working together for four years and support other system houses with user-friendly tools to drive growth in the company and to compensate for the shortage of skilled workers.
