With the baramundi ticketing system, Baramundi is adding a help desk and ticketing system for IT service management (ITSM) to its unified endpoint management portfolio.

As a fully integrated part of the baramundi Management Suite, the new cloud-based module enables best practice solutions to be applied automatically. Baramundi relies on the technology and experience of the ITSM specialist Omninet Software Solutions.

Module for Unified Endpoint Management solution

Baramundi presents the latest module of its Unified Endpoint Management solution to its customers: The baramundi ticketing system powered by Omninet offers ITIL-compliant, central recording, processing, answering and documentation of support questions. Based on certified branded software from ITSM specialist Omninet Software Solutions, the module uses modern cloud technology to achieve an ITSM that can be deployed particularly quickly with minimal configuration effort.

Apply best practice solutions automatically

By integrating the ticketing system with the baramundi Management Suite, best practice solutions can be created with which user inquiries can be resolved at the push of a button. So z. B. New installations, release requests or assignments of rights can be carried out as predefined jobs without any further effort. Users are able to save frequently occurring workflows as ticket templates and, if necessary, even offer them as self-service via the baramundi kiosk. In this way, end users can resolve general issues themselves and immediately, saving time.
