Reduced cyber risks
The new features of Rubrik's user intelligence leverage time-series data. These are regularly stored in the Security Cloud section to proactively mitigate cyber risks before cyber criminals can exploit them. In addition, organizations gain insight into the nature of their sensitive data, which users are accessing it, how that access has changed over time, and whether access poses a business risk. With comprehensive insight into user intelligence, companies can better determine the root cause of cyber attacks. This enables a targeted identification of data transfers to unauthorized users and thus reduces the damage that can be caused by a cyber attack.
The announcement follows a number of Rubrik recent announcements, including Rubrik Zero Labs second threat intelligence study The State of Data Security, Rubrik's $10M ransomware Restoration Guarantee, and announcing a partnership with Zscaler and industry firsts Solution for Double Extortion Ransomware.
