The high-performance software solution is approved by the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) for the processing of data of the confidentiality levels "classified matter - only for official use" (VS-NfD) as well as "RESTREINT UE/EU RESTRICTED" and "NATO RESTRICTED". The NCP VS GovNet Connector 2.0 is the link between the workstation processing VS-NfD data and the associated remote station. Users benefit from the wide range of functions and simple handling combined with a high level of security. In order to meet the high requirements for BSI approval, an integrity service was implemented as a new feature in version 2.0.

After successful authentication, all applications and resources from the central data network are available to the user via LAN, WLAN or cellular via Virtual Private Network (VPN).
