TeamViewer integrates co-browsing, mobile SDK and augmented reality on the enterprise platform Tensor. The update enables innovative and secure customer support on almost any device

TeamViewer, a leading global provider of secure remote connectivity solutions, today presents a comprehensive update of the TeamViewer enterprise platform Tensor. In addition to the recently announced Mobile Software Development Kit (SDK), TeamViewer Tensor now also offers co-browsing and supports the multi-tenancy requirements of large organizations.

The year 2020 presented many companies with enormous challenges in terms of digitization. Not only did the internal processes for working outside the office have to be improved, but especially the interaction with customers, who now almost exclusively use digital offers. Therefore, the current update of the TeamViewer enterprise platform Tensor offers greatly improved options for secure and innovative customer interaction using the mobile SDK and co-browsing with an integrated chat function. In addition, there is support for large corporations with regard to multi-tenancy and their remote work situation. This includes a security screen feature for the device to be remotely controlled, improved conditional access regulations and comprehensive reports as well as audits for easy handling of compliance regulations. The Augmented Reality solution TeamViewer Pilot has also been integrated into the Tensor platform, so that employees can also be supported with hardware problems in the home office, for example.

With GDPR-compliant in-app support

TeamViewer Tensor, the enterprise platform, is an offer for corporations who want to guarantee connectivity within the company and to external parties with the usual TeamViewer functionality and want to operate cost-effectively in internal and external support. The offer includes special functions that meet the requirements of large companies, such as an unlimited number of connections, specific role and access management, rules for conditional access, single sign-on implementation, event logs, mass deployment, mobile device support as well as numerous integrations such as ServiceNow, Intune etc .. The newly added features enable a new dimension of interaction with customers. The Mobile SDK, which was introduced in August, offers Tensor customers the white label implementation of the TeamViewer software in their apps for innovative GDPR-compliant in-app support.
