The new Deal Room offers a comprehensive Q&A workflow, a new data room status function and optimal support for mobile devices. Netfiles GmbH, one of the leading providers of virtual data rooms in Germany, has presented a new version of the due diligence data room netfiles Deal Room.

The focus of the new development was a comprehensive Q&A workflow for processing questions and answers as part of a due diligence, a data room status function and the optimization of the user interface to support mobile devices. The data room status function enables a complete set-up with the creation of users and filling of the data room in a preparation phase in which external parties cannot access the data room. After all preparations have been completed, the data room can be opened and external users invited with a simple click of the mouse. In the new Q&A workflow, gatekeeper roles can now be defined, which can channel and release questions on the bidder and seller side. A new Q&A overview with extensive filter and sorting options offers administrators quick control over the processing status of all questions.

Can also be used on the go without an app

The new netfiles Deal Room can be optimally used on tablet computers, such as the Apple iPad or Android tablets, and smartphones. The installation of an app is not necessary, a web browser on the tablet or smartphone is sufficient. Thus, the netfiles data room offers all those involved in a due diligence maximum flexibility in viewing and checking all documents, regardless of location and device.
