In recent years, F-Secure has transformed its corporate and consumer businesses into two strong divisions. The launch of WithSecure follows plans announced in February 2022 to split into two companies, both with increased customer focus and relevance and clear value propositions.

WithSecure™ ushers in a new era for enterprise security products and solutions, while consumer security products and services remain available to both end users and partners through the existing F-Secure brand. WithSecure™ leverages the company's decades of proven security know-how, pragmatic research and instinctive technologies. This combination allows the company to focus on achieving results that enable partners and customers to secure their business.

F-Secure Corporate Security becomes WithSecure

According to Juhani Hintikka , CEO of WithSecure™ Corporation, the company's new "co-security" paradigm reflects the need to address today's security challenges through good partnership.

“Ultimately, the complexity creates enormous problems in information security. By working together, we can stop thinking of security measures as controls. Instead, we will implement technologies and services that work in a business context and deliver proven results,” Hintikka said. “Put simply, no one who trusts WithSecure™ should suffer a serious loss as a result of a cyber attack or crime. Our name is our promise,” added Hintikka.

New name, old reliable security

WithSecure™ aims to achieve this goal through a portfolio that combines world-class human expertise, innovative new approaches, and instinctive technology to counteract active attacks. The portfolio consists of cloud-native and intelligent endpoint protection, cloud content protection for Salesforce, managed detection and response, and a wide range of cybersecurity consulting services.
