The qualified electronic signature (QES) is the digital equivalent of the handwritten signature and corresponds to the same security level. It is necessary wherever there is a statutory requirement in writing or the risk of liability is high. The most important guidelines such as eIDAS, KYC and AML are still adhered to during identification.
It does not take longer than 30 seconds for the document to be signed. After the document to be signed has been uploaded, users receive an SMS password with which they confirm their signature. The document is then automatically provided with an electronic signature and, if necessary, sent to other signatories by e-mail. Finally it is available for download.

As a remote, on-premise or hybrid solution, this includes digital contract management, document signing and customer identification (onboarding) in accordance with the requirements of eIDAS, KYC and AMLA. The solution can also be integrated into existing systems such as CRM or ERP.
