As usual, the BSI publishes the second edition for 2022 of the BSI magazine "Mit Sicherheit". In this BSI magazine, the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) focuses on one of the currently greatest threats to IT security in a special section: ransomware.
What happens when a ransomware incident is reported? How do we know what countermeasures are necessary in the event of a ransomware attack? And what do cybercrime and the economy have in common? These and other questions are answered in the current issue of the BSI magazine "Mit Sicherheit".

Other topics include automotive security, digital consumer protection and the cooperation between the BSI and NATO to shape cloud security in the alliance. There is also a new checklist with tips for a secure home network in the new BSI magazine.
The Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) publishes the BSI magazine "Mit Sicherheit" twice a year. The BSI magazine is aimed at interested readers in government, business and society and provides insights into selected projects and offers from the BSI in the field of IT and cyber security. It is a further development of the earlier annual reports of the BSI and differs in the magazine format and in the frequency of publication from the annual "Report on the situation of IT security in Germany" (management report) of the BSI.
