Legally valid electronic signatures in a few minutes

Legally valid electronic signatures in just a few minutes with Scrive: Today more than ever, purchasing processes are digital. Until now, signing contracts was often associated with an analogue interruption for customers. Conversely, companies often had a lot of effort managing and checking partly analog and partly digital data.

With Scrive, you can send, sign and manage contracts on the go and on any device. Scrive's solutions close the last gap in a 100 percent paperless contract and improve the customer experience and data quality. They are particularly characterized by the fact that they are easy to implement and can be used intuitively.

European standard for electronic signatures

As a European company, Scrive fulfills all important compliance requirements and data protection guidelines that are important for German companies. In addition, the solutions support all standards of the European eIDAS (electronic identification, authentication and trust services) regulation with EES (simple electronic signature), FES (advanced electronic signature) and QES (qualified electronic signature). All three forms of electronic signature can be used in Germany.

Some types of contract, such as fixed-term employment contracts, business reports and B2B real estate leases, are required to be in writing and therefore require a qualified electronic signature. Thanks to QES, Scrive e-signatures are legally fully equivalent to the handwritten signature. If the validity of a qualified electronic signature created with Scrive is legally challenged, the court can assume that the signature is valid and that the signer has been identified.

Electronic signature as easy as printing

Thanks to the more than 70 integrations available for Scrive, such as Microsoft Office, the e-signature process can be embedded directly in many applications and is as easy as printing out documents. Customers simply upload their contract document to the Scrive portal, set workflow options such as identification and approvals, add other signers and start the automated signing process with one click.

Focus on customer needs and security

As more and more services are offered online, businesses are also faced with increased security, privacy, and user experience challenges if they want to stand out from the competition. For example, templates for frequently used processes can be created and distribution lists can be uploaded for multiple signatures. Adaptation to the corporate design including logo, colors and messages is also possible and ensures a seamless user experience. Every document signed with Scrive is digitally sealed with blockchain technology and is therefore protected against fraud and forgery.
