On May 20, 2022, Barracuda MSP invites managed service providers worldwide to its MSP Day for the fourth time. The online event will also feature the 2022 report, The Evolving Landscape of the MSP Business.

The initiative, which has been virtual since inception, aims to build an interactive, connected and collaborative community of managed service providers by bringing participating MSPs together to share best practices and key industry insights.

This year's Global MSP Day will also provide the framework for the announcement of the study The Evolving Landscape of the MSP Business. The fifth edition of the report surveyed a representative number of Barracuda partners worldwide and highlights the trends and opportunities facing MSPs worldwide. But so are the challenges many MSPs face: the shortage of cybersecurity professionals, the increasingly volatile threat landscape, and the proliferation of cloud and popular SaaS applications.

“Managed services are more in demand than ever. Security is a service that is increasingly in demand, especially given our current global situation and the willingness of cybercriminals to exploit organizations that are suddenly much more vulnerable,” says Kay-Uwe Wirtz, Regional Account Director MSP, (DACH). MSPs therefore play a crucial role in supporting their customers in order to be able to guarantee them a secure IT infrastructure in these times.
