Upgrade for business solutions: With the ESET AI Advisor, artificial intelligence now supports security managers in their day-to-day security work. SMEs and other companies also receive help with endpoint and XDR solutions.

ESET's generative AI-based cybersecurity assistant improves incident response and interactive risk analysis, enabling organizations to take advantage of Extended Detection and Response (XDR) solutions even when they have limited IT resources. ESET AI Advisor was first presented at RSA Conference 2024 and is now available in ESET PROTECT MDR Ultimate and ESET Threat Intelligence, among others.

The new AI Assistant offers a user-friendly interface that supports security analysts of all skill levels. It facilitates interactive risk identification, analysis and response and presents complex threat data in an easy-to-understand format. Even less experienced IT and security experts can work effectively with this tool. This is ESET's answer to the skills shortage, especially in the IT security sector: In addition to the existing range of Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services, automation with machine learning and AI-driven technologies is now being added.

Strong cyber defense features

Unlike other vendors, ESET AI Advisor does not just focus on administrative tasks. Instead, it seamlessly integrates into the daily work of security managers and performs in-depth analysis. By using extensive XDR data, ESET AI Advisor identifies and analyzes potential threats and provides intuitive insights into their behavior and impact. It also helps detect phishing attempts and provides advice on how to avoid fraudulent emails or websites. In addition, ESET AI Advisor monitors network traffic and flags unusual or suspicious behavior for immediate action.
